ABOUT

Hey there!

Hi, I’m Liz! I'm a designer who brings curiosity, creativity, and a deep understanding of people to everything I create. I spent over four years studying psychology and brain and cognitive sciences, diving into how people think, feel, and interact. That foundation sharpened my ability to empathize and design with intention.

In my fifth year, I turned my lifelong love of photography and art into something more structured by studying visual arts. It was there that I learned how to translate creative ideas into impactful designs, blending artistry with functionality.

Today, my journey comes full circle! I use my research-driven understanding of people and my creative background to design experiences that feel intuitive, engaging, and human. Whether I’m building a brand identity, refining an app’s user flow, or crafting playful visuals, I aim to connect with people and create something meaningful 😊

You asked, I answered.

Why is there a lizard in your branding?

Because it’s fun. And because lizards are adaptable, just like my approach to design. Also one of my nicknames is "lizard", so it just made sense🦎

What’s your design philosophy?

Understand people first, then design for them. My background in psychology and cognitive science helps me craft designs that look and feel good. And just like people, a bit of imperfection in design is what makes it beautiful.

What tools do you use?

Figma is my go-to, but I’ve dabbled in everything from Photoshop and Illustrator to low-code and no-code platforms. If it helps bring a vision to life, I’ll figure it out :)

Are you available for freelance work?

Right now, I’m focused on full-time opportunities, but I’m always open to interesting collaborations, let’s talk!

What’s your design process?

Research, design with intention, test with curiosity, refine with care, and learn what I can.

Are you actually a lizard?
